This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Oversee designated clients and their e-commerce platforms
• Strategize, brief, monitor, and implement email, SMS, pop-up, and flow marketing initiatives
• Manage client-agency interactions and ensure effective communication
• Formulate and execute marketing plans aimed at enhancing conversions, sales, and client revenue
• Lead a team of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates
• Create campaign timelines, assign creative tasks, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
• Gather and analyze consumer as well as campaign data to detect trends and establish weekly objectives
• Provide reports on email campaign revenue, top-performing campaigns, A/B testing outcomes, and optimization strategies
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and roll out new services and products
• Resolve issues related to client satisfaction and campaign performance
• Manage client expectations and assist in minimizing client turnover
• Identify and propose opportunities for service expansion through targeted upselling initiatives
• Investigate industry best practices and share insights with Account Managers’ Leads, Head of Account Managers, and Service Director
• Report to the Account Managers’ Leads, Head of Account Managers, and Service Director
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a digital marketing position
• At least 6 months of experience in email marketing
• Demonstrated success in a leadership capacity, particularly in managing creative teams
• Ability to work autonomously while upholding high work standards
• Strong accountability, responsiveness, and capacity to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
• Growth-oriented and results-focused mindset; capable of accepting constructive feedback
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English; fluency in English is essential
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite
• Knowledge of email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 3-6 PM BCN time
• Ability to work 30-35 hours weekly, totaling approximately 140 hours monthly
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC
• Capability to participate in virtual video conferences
• Quick learner with strong time management, focus, productivity, and efficiency skills
• Comfortable in a remote working environment
• Full-time commitment with the first two months compensated at the full rate during the trial-and-adaptation phase
• Regular performance evaluations every 9-12 months, with the first review occurring after 3-6 months
• Role and workload reassessment after 6-12 months
