This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversee designated clients and their online retail platforms.
• Strategize, brief, monitor, and implement marketing campaigns aimed at boosting conversions and sales.
• Manage the relationship between clients and the agency for the assigned accounts.
• Create and execute marketing strategies that encompass email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and automated flows.
• Supervise Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates.
• Develop campaign calendars, provide briefs for campaigns, allocate creative tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Track campaign performance and enhance email marketing outcomes.
• Address client needs and expectations effectively.
• Convey client marketing requirements to internal teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and lead meetings.
• Gather and assess consumer demographics, trends, campaign data, revenue, A/B testing results, and optimization strategies.
• Establish new client objectives weekly and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the Service Department and cross-functional teams to achieve client KPIs.
• Ensure client satisfaction and implement strategies to prevent client churn.
• Resolve client-related issues and campaign performance challenges.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and present upselling proposals to clients.
• Research industry best practices and share insights with Account Managers’ Leads, Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director.
• Assist with internal service-related tasks.
• Engage in group calls and training sessions for Account Managers.
• Report directly to the Account Managers’ Leads, Head of Account Managers, and Service Director.
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a digital marketing position.
• At least 6 months of experience specifically in email marketing.
• Demonstrated success in a leadership capacity, particularly in guiding creative teams.
• Experience in managing client accounts and executing email marketing strategies.
• Ability to work autonomously while upholding work quality standards.
• High levels of accountability, responsiveness, and capacity to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities.
• A mindset focused on growth and results.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Quick learning and adaptability.
• Excellent time management skills, concentration, productivity, and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
• Knowledge of email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a plus.
• Experience with remote work is beneficial.
• Availability and responsiveness during Mondays to Fridays between 3–6 PM BCN time.
• Consistent ability to work 30–35 hours per week, averaging approximately 140 hours per month.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop or PC, and capacity to participate in virtual video conferences.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback.
• Agreement for exclusivity, preventing similar employment while working with Hustler Marketing.
• Paid trial-and-adaptation period at the full rate.
• Regular performance evaluations every 9–12 months, with the initial review occurring after 3–6 months.
• Reevaluation of role and workload after 6–12 months.
• Full-time commitment with a fixed monthly salary paid in USD.
• Contractor status upon signing a non-disclosure agreement.
