This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee designated clients and their e-commerce platforms.
• Strategize, brief, monitor, and implement email, SMS, pop-up, and flow marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships between clients and the agency, ensuring effective communication.
• Formulate and execute marketing strategies aimed at enhancing conversions, sales, and revenue.
• Supervise Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates.
• Create campaign calendars, provide campaign briefs, delegate creative tasks, and ensure timely execution.
• Assess campaign performance to enhance email marketing outcomes.
• Gather and analyze consumer demographics, trends, revenue data, A/B testing results, and campaign metrics.
• Establish weekly objectives and report on campaign performance and optimization strategies.
• Work in conjunction with the Service Department and cross-functional teams to achieve client KPIs.
• Address client satisfaction and campaign performance challenges.
• Handle client requests, meetings, expectations, and requirements.
• Diminish client churn by implementing effective retention strategies.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and develop targeted upselling campaigns.
• Investigate industry best practices and share insights with leadership.
• Engage in Account Managers’ calls, training sessions, and skill enhancement workshops.
• Report to the Account Managers’ Leads, Head of Account Managers, and Service Director.
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a digital marketing position.
• At least 6 months of experience specifically in email marketing.
• Demonstrated success in a leadership capacity, particularly in guiding creative teams.
• Capability to work autonomously without sacrificing quality standards.
• High levels of accountability, responsiveness, and the ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• A growth-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt swiftly.
• Excellent time management, focus, productivity, and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
• Knowledge or experience in email marketing, e-commerce, or with Klaviyo.
• Availability and responsiveness from Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time.
• Capacity to consistently work 30–35 hours per week (around 140 hours monthly).
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC.
• Ability to participate in virtual video meetings.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to both give and receive constructive feedback.
• Fixed monthly salary paid in USD.
• Full pay during the trial and adaptation period for the first two months.
• Regular performance evaluations every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
• Re-assessment of the role and workload after 6–12 months.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
