This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the e-commerce sales growth, execution, and strategy for key growth channels at Chomps.
• Manage external relationships for designated accounts.
• Oversee critical growth e-commerce accounts such as Thrive Market, Target DVS, Discount, Last-Mile, Indirect, and Emerging accounts.
• Take charge of category management, assortment strategy, profitability, promotions, advertising strategy, and forecasting.
• Cultivate relationships with retail partners, category buyers, marketing/merchandising teams, and operations teams.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and revenue planning in collaboration with Business Analytics and Finance.
• Assist with Amazon and Walmart e-commerce initiatives.
• Track and report sales trends across owned and supported accounts.
• Assess emerging channel sales growth opportunities for revenue and profitability.
• Establish relationships with new platforms and lead retailer onboarding, including item setup, shipment coordination, and content strategy.
• Enhance Chomps' e-commerce brand presence and sales across new platforms.
• Promote platform innovation through testing marketing tactics, technology, product offerings, and content.
• Act as a thought leader in emerging marketplaces and e-commerce.
• Report to the Director of E-Commerce, Pure Play, while collaborating with marketing, business analytics, operations, and finance teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of direct, full-time experience in the e-commerce and/or CPG industries.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in P&L management.
• Experience managing trade spend and promotional investments.
• Excellent communication abilities with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Capability to organize and convert raw data into actionable insights.
• Proven history of driving sales growth.
• Innovative strategic thinking paired with practical execution and delivery.
• Strong relationship-building skills with external contacts and internal teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
