This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a primary liaison between Internova and our preferred partners within Destination and Global Tourism Boards.

• Oversee a varied portfolio of mid-tier to top-tier, intricate accounts.

• Manage comprehensive partner relations, campaign implementation, relationship cultivation, and coordination among Internova's various business units.

• Provide support for team-wide functions and cross-departmental areas within the Destinations team and other Internova business units.

• Serve as the main contact for partners on a day-to-day basis.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned partner agreements, including annual planning, activation, execution, reporting, renewal, and ongoing account growth.

• Convert contracted partner strategies into actionable campaign timelines across B2B, B2C, events, publications, education, and other channels.

• Manage multiple partner campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.

• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Events, Analytics, and other internal teams.

• Review campaign materials and deliverables for accuracy, partner alignment, brand standards, and contractual obligations.

• Work in collaboration with various Internova business units and functional teams.

• Maintain and disseminate updates, resources, tools, and process-related information.

• Contribute to team-wide initiatives, events, process enhancements, and special projects.

• Administer assigned partner budgets in accordance with contracted revenue and expense guidelines.

• Keep precise account records, campaign documentation, timelines, and partner activities.

• Coordinate the collection and analysis of campaign performance data, KPIs, and proof of performance.

• Create detailed partner recaps that illustrate campaign delivery, outcomes, and partnership value.

• Utilize performance insights to guide partner discussions, renewals, and future account recommendations.

• Identify execution risks, troubleshoot issues, and communicate changes or suggestions to partners and internal stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, tourism, business administration, or a related field with equivalent education and experience.

• A minimum of 5 years in account management, partnership marketing, or a similar role.

• Strongly preferred experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, tourism boards, tour operators, consortia, or destination sectors.

• Proven experience managing complex client or partner relationships, multiple concurrent campaigns, and significant program budgets.

• Excellent relationship management skills.

• Effective and professional communication skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.

• Capability to coordinate complex projects across various teams, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools, including document preparation, presentations, data analysis, spreadsheet management, and project management platforms like Smartsheet and other essential technology tools.

• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, industry events, and Internova programs as needed.
