This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for dealer leadership, including Dealer Principals, General Managers, Fixed Ops Directors, BDC Managers, and OEM field representatives.
• Foster trusted relationships that enhance long-term loyalty and strategic alignment.
• Perform proactive business reviews, executive updates, and maintain ongoing communication touchpoints.
• Manage renewal preparations, negotiation strategies, and contract execution for assigned accounts.
• Identify at-risk accounts and work collaboratively on recovery plans.
• Develop annual and quarterly account plans that encompass goals, product adoption, expansion opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of DMS, CRM, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Collaborate with Solution Performance Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance product adoption and dealership outcomes.
• Track product utilization, customer satisfaction, support ticket trends, and performance KPIs.
• Formulate action plans to address customer health indicators.
• Resolve escalations, integration issues, and workflow discrepancies by working with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Marketing teams.
• Provide insights from the field on product improvements, competitive challenges, barriers to adoption, and dealer operational needs.
• Travel is required 60–75% of the time, depending on territory size and dealer visit obligations.
• 3–6+ years of experience in automotive SaaS, dealership technology, or automotive retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of dealership workflows across fixed operations, variable operations, CRM, and marketing.
• Proven experience managing a customer portfolio, with responsibility for retention and growth.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to analyze data and convert insights into actionable customer recommendations.
• Preferred: Experience with automotive DMS, CRM, Fix Ops Service Scheduling/Inspection, and Marketing platforms.
• Preferred: Background in dealership operations (BDC, service lane, sales management, or digital marketing).
• Preferred: Knowledge of OEM programs, certification requirements, and compliance standards.
• Preferred: Previous success in utilizing account planning methodologies (e.g., plan-on-a-page, mutual success plans, health scoring frameworks).
• 60–75% travel required based on territory size and dealer visit obligations.
