This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate professional relationships with clients while assisting them in enhancing their dealership's online visibility through websites and digital marketing solutions.
• Sustain customer relationships, add value, retain clientele, and market additional services related to marketing and website enhancements.
• Articulate the execution and benefits of Dealer Spike's services to enhance website traffic, generate qualified leads, and achieve customer outcomes.
• Grasp all aspects of Dealer Spike's website and marketing products and services.
• Conduct monthly reporting calls with clients.
• Oversee assigned accounts with an emphasis on revenue growth and retention while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Promote and market additional services related to marketing and website enhancements; offer product training and consult on optimal practices.
• Evaluate and track website and marketing services for quality standards and success; propose proactive solutions to boost website traffic and leads.
• Collaborate with the Site Production Team to ensure smooth client onboarding, go-live, and website introduction processes.
• Address incoming customer feedback, offer solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documents.
• Recognize retention risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities.
• Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
• At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An adaptable, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Capability to type at least 45 words per minute.
• Proficient multitasking abilities.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of Google Apps.
• Strong technical aptitude and a quick learning ability.
• Candidates must not reside in Colorado, Connecticut, California, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington.
