Account Manager, CPA/CFP – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to a diverse portfolio of intricate farms, ranches, construction firms, and other Full Service entities.

• Assist clients in transforming varied financial data into organized books and actionable financial insights.

• Support customers during onboarding and aid in strategic financial decision-making.

• Manage comprehensive relationships for a portfolio of Full Service clients.

• Resolve existing bookkeeping issues and organize finances based on customers’ desired insights.

• Identify and propose product modifications, process enhancements, and internal tools.

• Convey customer work patterns to the Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

• Aid in the development of reports and analytical tools that can scale across the customer base.

• Observe advisory calls and begin assisting with a designated book of business.

• Contribute to Ambrook’s mission of empowering American family-owned businesses to enhance their profitability and resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid background in bookkeeping or accounting, including FP&A, tax, strategic finance, or startup finance experience.

• Proficient understanding of accounting principles and their practical applications across various businesses.

• Ability to clearly articulate accounting concepts to audiences without an accounting background.

• A patient, trust-building communication approach.

• Attentive to detail with a proactive mindset.

• Comfortable with the fast-paced and demanding environment of a startup.

• Keen interest in agriculture, family businesses, and the real economy.

• Availability during standard business hours across U.S. time zones.

• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
