Account Manager – Corrugated

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities that align with customer needs and strategic goals.

• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships by gaining insights into their businesses and offering customized, value-driven solutions.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and outstanding customer experiences.

• Assess market trends and customer feedback, adapting strategies to optimize outcomes.

• Lead projects from inception to completion, maintaining accountability for results and ongoing enhancements.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and share insights and knowledge with both the team and customers.

• Convey ideas and proposals effectively using influence and expertise to foster mutual benefits.

• Expand Georgia-Pacific’s custom corrugated box business in the Northeast region.

• Travel between 50% to 75%, primarily for day trips with occasional overnight stays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven ability to generate value in B2B sales, business development, or account management, along with relevant industry experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B corrugated packaging sales.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated history of establishing trust and enduring partnerships.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve ambitious objectives while maintaining integrity.

• Willingness and capacity to travel as necessary, up to 75%.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration (with an operations focus), or a related field (preferred).
