Account Manager – Corrugated

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the designated territory.

• Develop a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and networking efforts.

• Propel sales growth by offering innovative and tailored packaging solutions.

• Assess market conditions and customer requirements to formulate effective sales strategies.

• Oversee customer projects from the initial concept through to delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and provide optimal service.

• Keep track of industry trends, competitor actions, and market opportunities.

• Present proposals and deliver presentations to secure new business.

• Manage and enhance existing customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management, demonstrating the ability to close new business; experience in the corrugated industry may be considered in lieu of direct sales experience.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for building relationships and establishing trust.

• Competitive drive and an entrepreneurial mindset to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• A valid US driver’s license is required.

• Previous experience in the corrugated packaging, printing, or converting industries is preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant technical training is preferred.
