This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Formulate and execute a territory strategy aimed at achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Gain in-depth product knowledge through a combination of online, face-to-face, and field sales training.
• Remain updated on products, technologies, and competitive trends to enhance sales and marketing initiatives.
• Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships within the territory to establish trust and credibility.
• Foster advocacy with dealer partners to drive customer acquisition and expand existing account growth.
• Regularly utilize CRM systems to oversee sales opportunities and growth within the designated territory.
• Manage the assigned geographical area while adhering to the established expense budget.
• Engage in local trade shows and company meetings as required.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets within the designated Central/Southern Jersey and Philadelphia regions.
• Collaborate with existing customers while expanding the customer base across various dental market segments and channels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience; dental experience is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Candidate must reside within the assigned territory/geographic area.
• Experience in B2B selling employing a proven sales methodology.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical product and clinical information.
• Capacity to work autonomously, effectively plan, and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with the broader team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey technical, chemical, and mechanical information clearly and concisely.
• Skill in developing relationships with clinicians, decision-makers, and dealer partners to promote preference for the representative, Kerr products, and the Kerr Brand.
• Ability to make informed decisions considering the business impact on both current and future opportunities.
• Willingness to travel, including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays as necessary.
