This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Manage and nurture existing Business Information clients to achieve revenue objectives.
• Conduct thorough assessments of Business Information contracts, covering usage, agreements, and invoicing.
• Foster interest and awareness of Coface Business Information services.
• Provide adequate training for users of Business Information products.
• Identify growth opportunities within current accounts.
• Ensure successful contract renewals and upselling while minimizing customer churn.
• Relay customer feedback on Business Information products and solutions to Sales and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely with Back Office to ensure contracts meet customer requirements.
• Achieve budgeted Business Information goals by securing and developing existing clientele.
• Regularly update and maintain the CRM system.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure comprehensive KYC compliance when required.
• Report directly to the Head of Account Management in France.
• At least 7 years of demonstrated experience in a sales development position, preferably within the Business Information sector.
• Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced global business environment.
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated while concentrating on objectives and tasks.
• Experience interacting directly with customers and brokers.
• Strong sales negotiation and communication abilities.
• Capacity to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Effective prioritization skills.
• Extensive understanding of various contract structures.
• Awareness of the current economic landscape and its impact on the market.
• Minimum of a Master's degree.
• A degree in Business and/or Finance-related fields is preferred.
• Proficient in communicating with customers in both French and English.
• Enjoy 3 days of remote work each week.
