This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated Account Management team, which includes underwriting, Sales, and leadership support, to ensure proactive, comprehensive, and ongoing ownership and accountability for each client.
• Gain a deep understanding of client data and partner with clients on strategic recommendations to guide renewals and identify growth opportunities.
• Utilize data to create strategic account plans and propose adjustments to Gravie’s benefit solutions as necessary.
• Organize kick-off meetings with employer groups, engage with clients regularly, and provide precise and timely responses to client inquiries.
• Conduct monthly evaluations of each client's claims experience, offering updates and suggestions for cost savings.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly progress reports on objectives to the client and broker.
• Execute proactive and data-driven mid-Year Pulse Checks aimed at intervention strategies, renewal planning, and performance enhancement.
• Present strategic renewal proposals to clients and negotiate rates as required with the Underwriting Team and leadership.
• Utilize Gravie marketing initiatives to strategically upsell Gravie products based on usage.
• Inform clients about Gravie’s products, services, regulatory obligations, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure a seamless transition from sales and successful implementation for new clients.
• Investigate and resolve client issues as well as escalated member concerns from Gravie’s advisor team.
• Effectively document and utilize client information within the CRM system.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a relationship or account management role.
• Must hold a health insurance license in your home state.
• Over 3 years of account management experience in the health insurance sector.
• More than 2 years of experience applying data to uncover insights and make strategic recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a proven track record of researching and resolving issues with minimal supervision.
• More than 3 years of collaborative experience working across multiple teams and functions.
• Previous experience in a start-up or emerging growth company.
• Familiarity with self-insured health plans.
• Experience in establishing processes and standards for exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in Spanish.
