This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Drive revenue growth and foster enduring customer relationships while showcasing Thermo Fisher Scientific’s array of scientific products and services.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives.
• Oversee key account partnerships.
• Ensure client satisfaction through consultative sales techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized customer solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Interact with customers through site visits and virtual engagements.
• Act as a reliable advisor, assisting customers in achieving their scientific aspirations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; preferred disciplines include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a comparable scientific field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience is essential, with a strong preference for sales experience, ideally in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors.
• Technical expertise and the capability to comprehend customer applications and workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of establishing and nurturing customer relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, as well as the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting sales goals.
• Capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to manage the field operations in the Philadelphia area.
