Account Manager, Bilingual Spanish - English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily communication with assigned clients

• Organize and conduct monthly client calls or Zoom meetings

• Deliver performance reports and articulate completed work effectively

• Gather client feedback and relay it to the internal team

• Monitor deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and necessary follow-ups

• Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, SEO, web, and other departments

• Recognize dissatisfied, inactive, or unresponsive clients before they pose cancellation risks

• Record client discussions, action items, and next steps in the CRM or project management system

• Assist in upsell opportunities by identifying further client needs

• Ensure every client feels acknowledged, supported, and enthusiastic about their growth

• Maintain regular monthly communication with clients

• Present client reports in an engaging manner instead of solely via email

• Detect account risks early and guarantee timely completion of deliverables

• Help clients appreciate service value, fortify relationships, enhance retention, and expand accounts

• Excellent communicator with strong follow-up capabilities

• Highly organized and meticulous

• Comfortable engaging with clients via phone and Zoom

• Capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously

• Familiar with marketing, social media, websites, SEO, or creative services

• Ability to keep internal teams accountable and progressing

• Professional, proactive, positive, and focused on solutions

• Willingness to work within US time zones (PST, EST, CST)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable high-speed internet connection, ideally 25 MBPS or higher, with backup for power or service interruptions

• Personal PC/laptop with 8GB RAM and Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or better

• Windows 10 or later / Catalina 10.15 or newer

• Current web browsers and security software

• 500GB/128 SSD storage

• Noise-canceling headset/earphones and a webcam with 720p or higher resolution
