This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Implement strategies aimed at optimizing sales performance in the designated region.
• Achieve overall sales goals and key growth product quotas through effective demand generation.
• Introduce new products and service offerings while generating leads for new equipment.
• Exhibit solution-selling skills effectively.
• Cultivate and showcase technical expertise, verbal proficiency, and knowledge of veterinary practices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted hospitals and personnel to enhance account relevance and accessibility.
• Engage with customers in accordance with Zoetis promotional guidelines.
• Formulate and implement a Territory Business Plan alongside resource allocation to optimize ROI.
• Fulfill field activity expectations, including sales calls and investments in medical education programs.
• Develop and carry out account- and veterinarian-level call cycles.
• Collaborate professionally with Zoetis Petcare colleagues while adhering to integrity, compliance, administrative, communication, and teamwork standards.
• Travel and work some evenings for educational programs as necessary.
• A bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is required.
• 3-10 years of proven and successful consultative sales experience.
• A history of success in previous roles, including the ability to creatively identify opportunities or resolve issues to enhance sales performance.
• Capability to leverage analytics and insights to improve decision-making and tactical implementation.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Competence in managing assigned expense budgets.
• Highly focused and results-driven, with the ability to identify goals and priorities and address issues in their early stages.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; self-motivated.
• Experience in Animal Health and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine.
• Openness to accept and incorporate feedback.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make considered decisions based on pertinent information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn Zoetis systems.
• Availability and willingness to travel and work some evenings as needed.
• Candidates should reside within the territory.
• Must possess or secure authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
