This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement sales strategies to enhance performance within the designated Jonesboro, Arkansas area.
• Achieve overall sales targets and growth-product quotas through effective demand generation.
• Introduce new products and services while generating leads for new equipment.
• Exhibit solution selling capabilities and develop relevant knowledge in technical and veterinary practices.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with targeted veterinary hospitals and personnel.
• Engage with customers in accordance with Zoetis promotional guidelines.
• Formulate and execute territory business plans along with resource allocation.
• Fulfill field activity expectations, which include sales calls and medical education programs.
• Create and implement account- and veterinarian-level call cycles.
• Collaborate professionally with Zoetis Petcare colleagues while adhering to integrity, compliance, communication, administrative, and teamwork standards.
• Oversee assigned expense budgets and utilize analytics to inform decisions and execution.
• A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
• 3-10 years of proven and successful consultative sales experience.
• A track record of success in previous roles, including creatively identifying opportunities or solving problems to enhance sales performance.
• Experience in Animal Health and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine.
• Utilizes analytics and insights to improve decision-making and tactical execution.
• Capability to manage assigned expense budgets effectively.
• Highly focused and results-driven, with the ability to recognize goals and priorities while addressing issues in their early stages.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team; self-motivated.
• Willingness to accept and integrate feedback.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make fair decisions based on relevant information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and capable of learning Zoetis systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work some evenings as necessary.
