This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Implement Zoetis strategies to optimize sales performance within the designated territory.
• Achieve overall sales targets and key growth-product quotas through effective demand generation.
• Introduce new products and service offerings while generating leads for new equipment.
• Showcase solution-selling skills and develop pertinent technical and veterinary practice knowledge.
• Cultivate relationships with and provide service to targeted hospitals and personnel to sustain and enhance account relevance and access.
• Engage with customers in accordance with all Zoetis promotional guidelines.
• Create and execute a Territory Business Plan along with a resource allocation strategy to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Fulfill field activity expectations, including sales calls and participation in medical education programs.
• Develop and implement account- and veterinarian-level call cycles that meet reach and frequency targets.
• Collaborate professionally with Zoetis Petcare team members while adhering to integrity, compliance, administrative, communication, and teamwork standards.
• Oversee assigned expense budgets and operate independently within the designated territory.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
• 3-10 years of proven and successful consultative sales experience.
• A track record of creatively identifying opportunities or resolving challenges to enhance sales performance.
• Embodies the qualities of a change agent, a continuous learner, and pushes oneself and others beyond conventional thinking.
• Utilizes analytics and insights to improve decision-making and tactical implementation.
• Strong follow-through and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage assigned expense budgets effectively.
• Highly focused and results-driven, capable of identifying goals and priorities, as well as addressing issues at their inception.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team, demonstrating self-initiative.
• Experience in Animal Health and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine.
• Willingness to accept and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make fair decisions based on relevant information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and capability to learn Zoetis systems.
• Willingness to travel and work some evenings as required by the role.
