This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Propel profitable growth and cultivate strategic customer relationships for Thermo Fisher Scientific's Process & Production Analytics division in the Southern region.
• Broaden the company's footprint in the mining, metals, and cement sectors.
• Formulate and implement territory and strategic account plans to meet sales and growth targets.
• Discover and nurture new business opportunities.
• Promote initiatives for the PPA portfolio, particularly focusing on Bulk Elemental Analysis (BEA) and PGNAA solutions.
• Establish connections with stakeholders across operations, processes, quality, labs, engineering, procurement, and management.
• Oversee intricate consultative sales processes from opportunity identification through to negotiation and closure.
• Partner with product specialists, applications, service, marketing, and channel partners to provide customer solutions.
• Sustain a robust sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and disciplined opportunity management utilizing Salesforce.
• Track market trends, customer investments, and competitive actions to uncover growth prospects.
• Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at customer meetings, industry events, and technical seminars.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Mining, Geology, Materials Science, or a related technical or scientific discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, industrial solutions, analytical instrumentation, capital equipment, or similar markets.
• Proven experience in territory management, strategic accounts, and complex sales scenarios.
• Strong business acumen, along with negotiation, communication, and presentation competencies.
• Capacity to comprehend industrial applications and convert customer requirements into technical and commercial solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and a robust discipline in sales forecasting.
• Ability to operate independently and efficiently within a cross-functional and matrixed organization.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the designated territory.
• Proficient in English suitable for both regional and global business contexts.

• Experience and established client relationships within the mining, metals, and/or cement sectors.
• Background in selling analytical instrumentation, process technologies, automation, laboratory solutions, or industrial capital equipment.
• Knowledge of process control, quality control, R&D, and industrial laboratory applications.
• Familiarity with elemental analysis technologies such as XRF, OES, PGNAA/PFTNA, or other related analytical techniques.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners or distributors.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
