Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio consisting of approximately 50 customer accounts throughout Australia

• Cultivate strong relationships with broker and partner customers through consistent engagement

• Adhere to structured customer contact strategies across 30, 60, and 90-day intervals

• Recognize opportunities to enhance customer value and broaden service offerings

• Pursue sales leads and transform opportunities into new business

• Contribute to the expansion of Team Global Express's customer presence in Sydney

• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information and activities within CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

• Track account performance and proactively address customer requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm for sales, relationship development, and customer service

• Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, retail sales, or a comparable customer-facing role

• Positive mindset, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities

• Comfort engaging with customers via phone and email

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Capability to identify opportunities and take the initiative to foster growth

• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools is beneficial but not mandatory

• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including a criminal background check and medical evaluation, including fitness to work and drug & alcohol screening
