This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture reliable relationships with designated accounts and agency personnel.
• Conduct visits to client sites within the pharmacy service region.
• Deliver pharmacy service audits and training in a collaborative and supportive manner.
• Record observations in the pharmacy CRM system.
• Send daily reports via email to assigned pharmacy contacts.
• Comprehend pharmacy services and scope to effectively communicate pharmacy processes.
• Address complaints and issues related to pharmacy services in conjunction with the pharmacy team.
• Inform clients about pharmacy processes.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to effectively meet consumer needs.
• Engage in professional meetings, conferences, and sponsored events as requested.
• Handle complex client issues and requests with professionalism.
• Ensure proper resolution and follow-up.
• Assist with client onboarding and collaboration between clients, sales, and pharmacy teams.
• Act as a conduit between pharmacy operations and agencies to guarantee consistent service, client satisfaction, and retention.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), or relevant experience in a related field, or equivalent years of experience, or at least 3+ years as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP).
• Familiarity with or the ability to learn pharmacy applications such as FrameWorkLTC, ECM, or DocuTrack is preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic and paper medication administration records (MARs).
• Reliable transportation and a current clean driver's license are required.
• Willingness and capability to travel frequently.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Suite products.
• Capacity to excel in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in leading a team within a metrics-driven setting.
• Proficient in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• High school diploma is mandatory; college experience is an advantage.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship is not available.
