This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in managing Account Services activities for designated clients
• Formulate and implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve or surpass assigned goals
• Oversee client development, relationship management, and retention efforts
• Provide direction to internal team members through comprehensive project briefs
• Guide internal cross-functional teams, partner agencies, vendors, and clients on brand strategy, tactical plans, and innovative advertising, marketing, and digital initiatives
• Design, conceptualize, and deliver solutions tailored to client requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to support client needs
• Track and manage activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Foster collaboration between internal teams and external vendors and partners
• Ensure adherence to client contracts, timelines, and budget constraints
• Supervise program financial management and reporting processes
• Assist in the development, presentation, and sale of high-quality deliverables
• Evaluate and communicate client requests, feedback, and concerns to the internal team
• Ensure consistency between brand strategy and tactical execution
• Engage in client presentations and advocate for the agency's perspective
• Participate in client meetings and conferences, sharing key insights
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and clients
• Mediate conflicts, celebrate team successes, and establish clear priorities
• Articulate client and brand objectives and strategies to internal teams, partners, and vendors
• Keep management informed of critical internal challenges, client concerns, opportunities, achievements, and strategies
• Stay updated on industry and therapeutic-area best practices and advancements
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in marketing and account/client services support or pharmaceutical marketing/sales and/or project management
• Specific industry and/or therapeutic expertise is essential
• Strong grasp of digital strategies and tactics, particularly in pharmaceutical marketing
• Capability to attend and lead client meetings and presentations
• Willingness to travel as dictated by client needs
• Flexibility to work extra and/or nontraditional hours as required by client demands
