This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts within SensorUp’s oil and gas client base.
• Assist in the post-sales account lifecycle, facilitating product adoption, renewals, and opportunities for expansion.
• Contribute to achieving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) objectives.
• Identify and assess opportunities for account expansion.
• Independently close straightforward expansions while collaborating with Revenue team leadership on larger deals.
• Promote daily feature adoption and guide customers from methane detection to mitigation.
• Maintain consistent communication with operational and management-level stakeholders.
• Organize and conduct business reviews, collaborating with the CRO on executive discussions.
• Prepare account health assessments and renewal documentation.
• Identify at-risk accounts early on.
• Facilitate seamless transitions from Sales to Account Management and Implementation.
• Assist new customers in reaching Day 1 readiness.
• Identify and cultivate referenceable customers and potential case study candidates.
• Ensure customer engagement through regular check-ins and occasional on-site visits.
• Gather Voice of the Customer insights for the CRO and Product leadership to guide roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with Product teams to foster growth among existing Sales customers.
• Minimum of 3 years in Account Management or Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Practical experience in managing renewals and contributing to expansion opportunities.
• Familiarity with oil & gas operations and emissions or regulatory reporting (such as OGMP 2.0) is a plus.
• Comfort in building relationships with operational and technical stakeholders.
• Capability to create a compelling business case for ongoing investment in enterprise software.
• Competence in navigating standard procurement and renewal processes.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills necessary to manage a growing portfolio of accounts with multiple stakeholders within each customer organization.
• Willingness to implement change in a dynamic startup setting.
• Technical proficiency and commitment to customer advocacy.
