This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

• Drive overall revenue growth and market share expansion for a selected portfolio of focus hotels and the broader hotel group.

• Employ a consultative sales methodology to leverage business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.

• Continuously analyze the market to identify new business contacts.

• Strengthen and expand existing customer relationships.

• Develop strategic account plans for both key and prospective accounts.

• Enhance collaboration within global account teams through proactive and transparent communication.

• Analyze data, generate reports, and formulate actionable plans using advanced systems and tools.

• A university degree in hospitality or a related field in tourism is preferred.

• Experience in hotel sales or extensive knowledge of hotel operations; alternatively, sales experience from other industries is acceptable.

• Familiarity with revenue and yield management principles.

• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Willingness to utilize digital tools and adapt quickly to new systems.

• A solution-oriented mindset and a readiness to tackle challenges.

• A friendly and optimistic personality with a passion for positively influencing others.
