Account Manager

📋 Description

• Proactively engage with clients and manage incoming inquiries

• Monitor activities and keep accurate records in the CRM

• Assist retention initiatives through continuous communication

• Manage both incoming and outgoing communications

• Provide insightful recommendations based on client objectives

• College degree preferred

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles is advantageous

• Results-oriented and goal-focused

• Capable of working independently in a remote setting
