This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and manage a portfolio of assigned existing accounts while seeking new logo opportunities within the region.
• Promote the company’s products through channel partners across Canada.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with current clients, serving as the main point of contact for account-related inquiries.
• Create Hospitality business opportunities and oversee the sales process until closure.
• Work collaboratively with partners to prospect within designated accounts.
• Assist in structuring deals and pricing through business-value analysis, negotiating prices for proactive bids and proposals.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by delivering value, surpassing expectations, and promptly addressing issues.
• Employ a consultative sales approach to grasp client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute strategic sales plans.
• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to identify pain points and business objectives.
• Tailor product presentations and demonstrations to the client’s needs.
• Provide timely and precise sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Surpass sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Over 2 years of experience in consultative technology sales, focusing on Unified Communications and Consultative Contact Center solutions.
• Familiarity with Cloud computing, VMware, and Data Centers is essential.
• Knowledge or experience with competing solutions such as Ring Central, 8x8, Cisco, Avaya, Zoom, Dialpad, and others is advantageous.
• Innovative in business planning and executing sales initiatives.
• Strong skills in account planning.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas using a consultative approach.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, capable of building rapport and influencing key stakeholders.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools for effective pipeline management and reporting.
• Capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
