This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Implement partner programs as outlined by Relationship Managers.
β’ Design and present training sessions along with enablement materials for partner representatives.
β’ Manage deal registration and lead distribution in accordance with partner agreements.
β’ Organize and take part in joint marketing events, webinars, and conferences.
β’ Assist in resolving conflicts among stakeholders.
β’ Monitor and share data-driven insights regarding partner health, campaign performance, and enablement ROI.
β’ Define and implement joint go-to-market and product strategies for integrated and referral partners.
β’ Establish shared success metrics, processes, and timelines with partners.
β’ Coordinate both internal and partner resources to execute the GTM strategy and enhance adoption.
β’ Lead strategic alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services.
β’ Clarify rules of engagement and ensure teams effectively communicate and deliver the joint value proposition.
β’ Resolve conflicts and guide stakeholders toward resolution.
β’ Gather partner and market feedback to enhance products, messaging, and processes.
β’ Oversee day-to-day account management for key partners, drive sales enablement, and implement training and engagement programs.
β’ 5β10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within the payments, fintech, or SaaS sectors.
β’ Strong understanding of partner incentive structures, GTM planning, and long-term relationship management.
β’ Exceptional communication abilities, with the capability to bridge technical and commercial stakeholders.
β’ Proactive, organized, and decisive, demonstrating high ownership and follow-through.
β’ Proficient in managing ambiguity, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving towards results.
β’ Strong negotiation skills with a knack for crafting win-win partnerships.
β’ Comfortable interacting with C-level decision-makers and influencing executive stakeholders.
β’ US work authorization; must be a US citizen or green card holder.
β’ Must be legally permitted to work in the U.S.; the company does not sponsor visas or hire individuals requiring work authorization outside the U.S.
