This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee Integra’s Neurosurgery product line and sales activities within a designated territory.
• Meet or surpass sales revenue targets for the territory through effective strategic planning, relationship cultivation, new account acquisition, product expertise, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with various Integra departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work alongside the team to achieve regional and corporate financial objectives.
• Carry out customer development initiatives, including sales strategy and forecasting.
• Manage leads and sales opportunities effectively.
• Assess and negotiate offers with potential clients.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and pursue new business with previously unengaged clients and accounts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Develop comprehensive annual business plans along with monthly and quarterly territory reports.
• Provide support for case coverage and assist with inventory requests as needed.
• Identify potential new business avenues and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical, product, and disease-state information.
• Conduct product demonstrations and offer customer training.
• Provide consultative support in the operating room in accordance with product indications.
• Operate within established budgets and adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and relevant Codes of Conduct.
• Execute sales administrative responsibilities promptly.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and/or experience deemed equivalent is essential; a degree in business or a science-related field is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in business-to-business sales (or a similar field) is required.
• Preferably possess two years of experience in surgical device or medical sales.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibit confidence in engaging with established physicians and other surgical staff.
• Possess strong negotiation and selling abilities.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and political acumen within a hospital environment.
• Proven record of developing and executing sales strategies.
• Team-oriented individual.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods in the operating room during procedures.
