This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for the management of Integra’s Neurosurgery product line and sales within a designated territory.
• Meet or surpass territory sales revenue objectives through strategic planning, relationship cultivation, targeting new accounts, product expertise, and exemplary customer service.
• Collaborate with various functional areas at Integra to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the team to achieve regional and corporate financial targets.
• Formulate customer plans, including sales strategies and forecasting.
• Oversee leads and opportunities.
• Assess and negotiate offers.
• Manage existing customers and cultivate new business within previously unexplored accounts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Create annual business plans along with monthly and quarterly territory reports.
• Assist with case coverage and inventory requests as necessary.
• Identify new business prospects and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of technical aspects, products, and disease states.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide training for customers.
• Offer consultative support in the operating room in line with product specifications.
• Operate within established budgets and corporate policies and procedures.
• Comply with Integra policies as well as relevant country Codes of Conduct.
• Execute sales administrative tasks promptly.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required; a degree in business or a science-related field is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in business-to-business sales (or a similar field) is essential.
• Preferred experience of two years in surgical device or other medical sales.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in engaging with established physicians and other surgical staff.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Possess interpersonal and political acumen within a hospital environment.
• Proven track record in developing and executing sales plans.
• Collaborative team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods in the Operating Room during procedures.
