This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for the management of Integra’s Neurosurgery product line and sales within a specified territory.
• Meet or surpass territory sales revenue goals through strategic planning, relationship development, targeting new accounts, product expertise, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with various Integra departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the team to achieve regional and corporate financial objectives.
• Plan and forecast sales, while overseeing leads and opportunities.
• Assess and negotiate offers effectively.
• Manage existing customers and cultivate new business from previously untapped accounts.
• Reach monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Create annual business plans, along with monthly and quarterly territory reports.
• Assist with case coverage and inventory requests alongside colleagues.
• Identify new business ventures and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Maintain knowledge of technical aspects, product details, and relevant diseases.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
• Offer consultative support in the operating room in accordance with product indications.
• Operate within established budgets while adhering to corporate policies, procedures, and national Codes of Conduct.
• Execute sales administration tasks promptly as directed by management.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is necessary; a degree in business or a science-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in business-to-business sales (or a similar field) is required.
• At least two years of experience in surgical device or other medical sales is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in engaging with established physicians and surgical personnel.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Interpersonal and political acumen within a hospital environment.
• Proven history of developing and implementing sales plans.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods in the Operating Room during cases.
• Highly competitive with a demonstrated record of success.
