Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide on-site or regional support for a designated account

• Maintain membership, deliver services, and expand the account

• Execute ongoing service strategies and ensure client satisfaction, including resolving issues

• Organize and carry out healthcare-related activities for clients, such as training and enrollment sessions

• Manage databases and report on activities

• Create and evaluate reports

• Travel 50% within the designated territory

• Collaborate with customer representatives, clients, brokers, and internal teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare products with a focus on independent work OR 6 years of experience in healthcare operations with an emphasis on independent work

• Hold a current state general agent insurance license or acquire the state general agent insurance license within 90 days of starting the position

• Strong organizational and project implementation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customer representatives, clients, brokers, and internal teams

• Familiarity with health insurance products and the industry

• Proficient in PC applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop and assess reports

• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays as necessary

• Preferred experience in account servicing and working with brokers

• Preferred knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar sales databases
