Account Manager

📋 Description

• Create a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

• Cultivate customer relationships by comprehending business objectives and providing value-driven solutions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee outstanding customer experiences and successful project delivery.

• Grasp customer purchasing processes and the dynamics of decision-making.

• Evaluate market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to uncover growth potential.

• Exhibit ownership and commitment in fulfilling promises and meeting customer expectations.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and share insights to support customer and business success.

• Expand Georgia-Pacific's corrugated packaging business across the Piedmont region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in outside sales, ideally within packaging, industrial, manufacturing, or related B2B sales sectors.

• Willingness and capability to travel throughout the territory, up to 75% of the time.

• A valid U.S. driver's license is required.

• Must live within or close to the designated sales territory.

• Experience in selling corrugated packaging products is preferred.

• Background in packaging-related industries, including flexible films, tapes, adhesives, industrial packaging, converting, automation, or packaging machinery is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
