This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver customer-facing field client service and work in collaboration with colleagues at Guardant Health for comprehensive account management.
• Assist in implementing HCP requests and ensuring timely sample collection for Guardant Health tests within current client accounts.
• Utilize company tools and resources to address customer order and reporting challenges in partnership with GH Client Services.
• Collaborate with field sales roles to advance company goals and objectives.
• Identify and foster relationships with existing and potential customers to align Guardant Health's capabilities with both customer and patient needs.
• Analyze the commercial landscape within assigned accounts, identify trends, and relay customer feedback to GH leadership.
• Ensure that team objectives are achieved.
• Work in compliance with individuals across various departments.
• Adhere to Guardant Health's Compliance, Privacy, and Business Conduct policies and SOPs.
• Represent the culture of Guardant Health to both external and internal stakeholders.
• Travel frequently within the designated territory.
• Primarily work in a desk/office environment, with potential exposure to laboratory noise, fumes, and biohazard materials; sit for extended durations.
• 0-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Previous experience in a diagnostic, medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting is preferred.
• Ability to engage in a consultative approach while connecting client needs with GH capabilities.
• Comfortable communicating and presenting at all organizational levels.
• Capable of working independently, proactively communicating, managing multiple projects, and prioritizing daily tasks while meeting critical deadlines.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong strategic account planning abilities.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Impeccable communication and presentation abilities.
• Must be highly proficient with all Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to cultivate and utilize cross-functional relationships to achieve work goals and objectives.
• Capacity to work effectively with minimal direction or interface with management.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and technical learning skills.
• Strong administrative capabilities and the sophistication to manage operations in complex environments.

• Frequent travel within the territory is required.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
