This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and enhance relationships with current hyperscale clients, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects within major accounts.
• Lead comprehensive proposals and capitalize on the increasing demand for tape-based storage solutions.
• Create and execute account strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals and boosting FUJIFILM’s market share within each account.
• Engage with purchasing, engineering, supply chain management, and other key stakeholders at customer organizations.
• Strengthen collaborations with system integration partners and ensure smooth cooperation for hyperscale clients.
• Work in conjunction with internal technical, supply chain, and operations support teams, as well as Tokyo headquarters.
• Align sales initiatives and synchronize customer requests with internal operations.
• Prepare and maintain precise sales forecasts.
• Offer insights to aid in production scheduling and inventory management.
• Review and negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and conditions with legal, finance, and operations teams.
• Keep an eye on market trends within storage, data centers, and hyperscale ecosystems.
• Provide structured market feedback to assist in product and business planning.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, ideally within the IT sector.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, strategic enterprise customers.
• Experience in selling IT-related products, whether software or hardware.
• Strong capabilities in relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in collaborating effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Knowledge of the storage, cloud, or data center industries.
• Direct sales or account management experience with hyperscale clients (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or other major cloud service providers).
• Experience in selling storage hardware such as SSDs and HDDs, as well as other data-center-grade storage systems.
• Experience in a global organization with coordination with overseas headquarters (e.g., Tokyo).
• Willingness to travel to customer locations approximately once per month within North America.
• Occasional international travel to Japan to support key customers and coordinate with Tokyo headquarters.
