This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and enhance relationships with current hyperscale clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and trust.
• Identify and seek new business prospects within major accounts, managing comprehensive proposals and utilizing demand for tape-based storage.
• Formulate and execute account strategies to meet revenue objectives and expand FUJIFILM's business presence within each account.
• Interact with purchasing, engineering, supply chain management, and other stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Foster relationships with system integration partners and ensure smooth collaboration for hyperscale clients.
• Work alongside internal technical, supply chain, and operational support teams, as well as the Tokyo headquarters, to manage customer requests and internal processes.
• Create and uphold precise sales forecasts and provide insights to assist in production scheduling and inventory management.
• Review and negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and conditions with legal, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of trends in storage, data centers, and hyperscale ecosystems, offering structured feedback for product and business strategy development.
• At least 10 years of account management experience, ideally within the IT sector.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, strategic enterprise clients.
• Background in selling IT-related products (software and/or hardware).
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic setting and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Familiarity with the storage, cloud, or data center industries.
• Direct sales or account management experience with hyperscale clients (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or other major cloud service providers).
• Experience in selling storage hardware such as SSDs and HDDs, or other data-center-grade storage systems.
• Experience in a global organization and coordination with overseas headquarters (e.g., Tokyo).
• Willingness to travel to customer locations approximately once a month within North America.
• Occasional international travel to Japan to accompany key clients and coordinate with the Tokyo headquarters.
