Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of Aged Care and Homecare clients to meet business objectives

• Foster trusted relationships with customers and provide customized solutions

• Create and implement Sales Action Plans for a specified territory

• Carry out sales activities to reach financial goals and sales targets

• Utilize the Sales Process to identify, manage, and execute opportunities

• Enhance business retention and growth through effective Account Management

• Manage the sales pipeline to achieve financial targets

• Engage business stakeholders to facilitate product supply chain support

• Organize activities and allocate resources to optimize business benefits

• Prioritize customer engagement events and call activities to drive sales momentum

• Assess educational and training requirements and provide support for excellence in continence care

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in account management or business development, including call planning

• Proven ability to research, identify, and develop insights about customers

• Knowledge of the Residential Aged Care and Homecare sectors (preferred but not mandatory)

• A successful history of delivering sustainable and profitable sales results

• Valid influenza vaccination certificate to access healthcare customer facilities

• Competence in IT, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems

• Capability to collaborate and work cross-functionally within the organization

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Experience in managing customer and industry events or conferences

• A current driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
