Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Establish enduring relationships with fire sprinkler contractor clients.

• Act as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to the customer base.

• Ensure that client needs are prioritized and deliver exceptional service.

• Identify and assess customer requirements through thorough inquiry.

• Recognize and prioritize high-reward sales activities.

• Achieve defined internal and external key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Expand an existing portfolio of business within a designated sales territory.

• Monitor and record sales activities using Salesforce CRM.

• Travel regionally within the designated territory, up to 75% of the time.

• Present technical solutions to a diverse range of customers.

• Assist customers in understanding and mitigating risks related to corrosion in fire sprinkler systems.

• Market corrosion control products and corrosion management services.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales.

• Proven track record of achieving success.

• Strong enthusiasm for nurturing long-term relationships as a trusted expert.

• Self-motivated, diligent, and determined.

• Capability to discern customer needs through discovery and inquiry.

• Skill in recognizing and prioritizing high-yield sales activities.

• Accountability for meeting established internal and external KPIs.

• Proven ability to grow an existing business portfolio within a designated sales territory.

• Experience in tracking and updating sales activities in Salesforce CRM.

• Willingness to travel regionally within the territory, up to 75% of the time.

• Ability to present technical solutions to a variety of clients.

• Must reside in the Cleveland, Ohio area or be willing to relocate.

• Familiarity with the territory covering Northeast Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Western New York.
