This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Provide exceptional sales support to healthcare clients in Victoria and Tasmania.
• Achieve and surpass annual sales targets, foster business expansion, enhance customer engagement, and increase market share.
• Cultivate and preserve long-lasting customer relationships while acting as the primary point of contact.
• Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Deliver presentations of solutions both in-person and virtually to physicians, practice personnel, and nursing staff.
• Establish trusted-advisor connections with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful implementation of solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Report monthly and quarterly progress of initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and monitor critical account metrics.
• Observe competitor activities and their products.
• Analyze customer product usage and uphold an outstanding customer experience.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.
• Keep track of developments in the IVF market and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Formulate strategies to engage Clinical and Scientific contacts.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan schedules and objectives.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of regional services like warehousing and customer support.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at every level of the organization, including executives and C-level leaders.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication and decision-making capabilities.

• Demonstrated account management experience or other relevant background.
• Over 5 years of Clinical Embryology experience.
• Experience in delivering client-centric solutions based on customer requirements.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across Australia/New Zealand.
• Manual handling and lifting may be necessary.
• Prolonged periods of sitting in front of a computer may be required.
