This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Act as an inside sales representative within the collaborative sales team.
• Assess leads, finalize sales, and deliver exceptional sales and customer support in small to midsize districts.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain strategic long-term partnerships with new clients.
• Advocate for Carnegie Learning products and services while identifying business opportunities that align with company goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and team members across various departments.
• Evaluate opportunities and arrange presentations through discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual customer outreach, lead generation, presentation, renewal, and sales objectives.
• Utilize Salesforce and HighSpot for account research, communication, and quoting.
• Foster relationships with existing customers by providing status updates and value additions to facilitate renewals.
• Participate in product training and stay informed about product offerings and sales systems.
• Execute sales projects and campaign initiatives.
• Refer issues to specialists or supervisors as necessary.
• Create, organize, schedule, host, and present quarterly customer status and data meetings.
• Work alongside Account Executives and other departments to troubleshoot and coordinate sales efforts.
• Manage sampling requests, cost proposals, narrative proposals, sales presentations, and training coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be comfortable working during Mountain and Pacific Standard hours.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and customer service skills across various media and audiences.
• Experience with SalesForce.com is preferred.
• Must excel in a fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative environment.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks based on territory needs.
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate all factors when problem-solving.
• Effective time management skills and ability to set priorities.
• Proficient with computers and software, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• The assigned territory includes the Western part of the US (AZ, UT, ID, HI, MT).
• Travel requirement: At least 25%.
