This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Initiate and cultivate professional relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction is consistently upheld.
• Deliver timely and precise responses to client inquiries.
• Clearly communicate with clients and escalate any issues to the account lead.
• Show an understanding of client needs and proactively manage subsequent steps.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and compliance guidelines.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of projects while enhancing knowledge of the account and key therapy areas.
• Begin to familiarize oneself with content and review drafts produced by the scientific team.
• Collaborate with the team to guarantee that the client receives suitable strategic, creative, and digital planning.
• Assume responsibility for individual project and financial deliverables, coordinating project activities and delegating tasks within the team.
• Provide tactical and operational guidance, seeking solutions to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Lead and actively participate in internal and external meetings as appropriate.
• Establish and manage project management processes to keep track of all project-related details, including timelines and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities from initiation to completion.
• Exhibit proactivity and accountability throughout the project management lifecycle.
• Supervise the activities of junior colleagues, ensuring quality standards are upheld.
• Mentor junior team members and adopt a coaching approach for their support.
• Utilize initiative to solve problems and drive results, readily seeking senior support when necessary.
• Collaborate and build relationships with the broader BOLD team, including Scientific, Creative, Editorial, Finance, and others.
• Deliver projects as per agreed financials and timelines, proposing solutions to the senior team when challenges arise.
• Create budgets for frequently used deliverables with minimal input from the wider team.
• Effectively liaise with third-party suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor account budgets and communicate any potential issues, proactively anticipating out-of-scope projects and initiating discussions with clients.
• Identify and articulate reasons for projects exceeding or falling short of budget compared to current forecasts.
• Ensure timely completion of timesheets for the team.
• Experience in the Medical Communications industry.
• Background working across various therapy areas and project deliverables.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with confidence in developing budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills with a range of stakeholders, including clients, third-party suppliers, senior leaders, and broader business units.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in science, pharmacology, or medicine.
