This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise, coordinate, and implement strategic initiatives for program accounts designated for support.
• Maintain and frequently update details and deliverables for customer programs.
• Execute sales tasks and follow-up actions, including product loads and special order bidding, processing, and follow-ups.
• Manage sample orders, including obtaining client approvals and coordinating deliveries to photography.
• Provide support for merchandising and sourcing activities.
• Conduct weekly reviews of negative Available-to-Promise (ATP) metrics.
• Analyze Performance Analysis Review (PAR) reports to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Schedule meetings with ownership and clients.
• Implement strategies for customer retention and recovery.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Production to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Assess customer feedback to evaluate the potential for adding or removing products.
• Engage with external contacts and conduct site visits in support of national initiatives.
• Organize and execute program awareness activities while monitoring their effectiveness.
• Consult with the VP of National Accounts as necessary for planning and strategy.
• Notify the VP of National Accounts regarding contract expirations and modifications.
• Conduct customer engagement activities to enhance awareness.
• Strive to improve program KPIs within the PAR framework.
• Oversee timelines and project-related activities along with their KPIs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction scores.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Experience in the Promotional Products industry is essential.
• A High School Diploma is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Capable of interacting with various levels of departmental staff.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness is necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong skills in Excel are required.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Background in Business Development.
• Competence in Sales Pipeline Management.
• Strong analytical skills are needed.
