Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of SMB clients through strategic account management.

• Foster robust client relationships via ongoing communication and proactive assistance.

• Manage the entire campaign lifecycle from trafficking (display, native, and video) to activation and optimization within the MediaGo DSP, including the implementation of pixels and S2S post-backs.

• Daily monitor and enhance campaign performance by adjusting bids, targeting, creatives, and pacing to meet client KPIs.

• Resolve creative disapprovals and technical issues to ensure seamless campaign delivery and consistent ad spending.

• Support client-facing initiatives such as campaign briefings, status updates, and performance reporting.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Algorithm, and Analytics teams to guarantee successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to pinpoint industry trends and identify opportunities for account growth.

• Keep abreast of AdTech trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance campaign execution and user experience on the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B ad sales or account management.

• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.

• Strong client-facing and cross-functional skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain relationships.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
