Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with municipal and utility clients to assess their needs and provide customized water-management solutions.

• Work alongside industry leaders and internal teams to introduce innovative technologies and products.

• Offer guidance to clients on AMI, smart metering, and water quality solutions.

• Engage in trade shows and industry events.

• Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to influence product development and enhance the customer experience.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with municipal and utility clients.

• Foster strategic engagement and drive innovation within the water technology sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, ideally with utilities or government agencies.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% within your designated territory.
