This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain existing accounts and facilities.
• Conduct visits to key accounts at least once per quarter.
• Assess account needs and foresee new opportunities.
• Provide marketing and sales insights and recommendations for strategic planning and reviews.
• Create and finalize action plans.
• Uphold quality and customer service standards.
• Address issues and complete audits.
• Recognize trends and suggest system enhancements.
• Facilitate change implementation.
• Discover marketing opportunities by evaluating consumer needs, market share, and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
• Project future business and determine targeted market share.
• Take ownership of fulfilling new and varied requests and seek ways to add value.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate promotional material needs.
• Manage promotional inventory, place orders, and confirm receipt.
• Organize meetings and participate in trade shows.
• Safeguard organizational integrity by maintaining confidentiality.
• Inform potential facilities about Aria Care Partners’ mission and services.
• Supervise territory travel and visit nursing home staff and residents.
• Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in senior living communities, sales, and life/health insurance is preferred.
• Capability to obtain health and life insurance license.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility in adapting to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected situations.
• Dependability and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to efficiently complete the required number of weekly visits.
• Capacity to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must currently hold a life/health insurance license or be able to successfully complete the licensing course and examination.
• Ability to plan weekly travel throughout the state to visit nursing home staff and residents.
• Willingness to travel daily, with the possibility of 75% overnight stays.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
