Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth in the territory by promoting Alcon’s vision care product portfolio.

• Advocate for Alcon’s cutting-edge technology and collaborate with Eye Care Practitioners through a needs-based selling strategy.

• Establish and nurture account relationships while implementing strategic initiatives.

• Define clear objectives for sales interactions tailored to the needs of decision-makers and influencers.

• Work alongside colleagues to develop execution plans that meet both customer and organizational requirements.

• Implement product marketing strategies to influence customer behavior and encourage product adoption.

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Fulfill call metrics, ensuring reach and frequency to targeted accounts.

• Adhere to compliance regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.)

• 2 Years of Relevant Experience

• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating fluently in English.

• Compliance with regulations.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer participates in E-Verify.
