This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Accountable for the sales of products, systems, and services within the North Dakota trade area.
• Meet both qualitative and quantitative sales objectives to guarantee sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery times, payment terms, and general conditions.
• Ensure effective marketing initiatives and convey the value proposition to clients.
• Oversee administrative processes in sales and assist with cash collection and project management activities as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (preferred) or Business with 4+ years of experience, OR an Associate's Degree with 7+ years of experience, OR a High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in the electrical sector.
• Required direct sales experience in the electrical industry.
• Proven strong verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation abilities at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Broad business insight with the ability to plan and execute strategies.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory as necessary.
• Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the US.
