Account Manager – Account Management Specialist, Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee client relationships, providing consultative and outstanding service

• Strategize, organize, and supervise Influencer Marketing campaigns

• Create proposals and projects that align with brands’ strategic goals

• Develop timelines, presentations, reports, and executive documents for clients

• Manage budgets and track project performance indicators

• Negotiate agreements with influencers, partners, and suppliers

• Ensure campaign deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met

• Cultivate relationships with media outlets, creators, and other strategic collaborators

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive the success of initiatives

• Serve as the primary contact between clients, influencers, and internal teams

• Handle accounts without direct management of a team

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Client Service, Account Management, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or Influencer Marketing

• Skilled in crafting executive presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong organizational capabilities with the capacity to juggle multiple projects at once

• Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Analytical mindset for tracking performance indicators and results

• Familiarity with the influencer market is advantageous

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Willingness to monitor and follow up occasionally during weekends

• Experience leading meetings directly with clients

• Proven track record of negotiating budgets, timelines, scope, or deliverables with clients, influencers, suppliers, or partners

• Experience in analyzing campaign/project metrics and data
