This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts after the sale
• Cultivate relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Facilitate customer onboarding, engagement, adoption, and the realization of ongoing value
• Create and implement customer success plans that align with client business objectives and strategic priorities
• Track account health metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement
• Collaborate across departments to assist with renewals, upsell opportunities, and account growth
• Work with Product, Support, and Implementation teams to address customer issues and enhance the customer experience
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic meetings with accounts
• Keep customer documentation, activity tracking, and reports updated in CRM and customer success platforms
• Share customer feedback and market insights to aid in product and service enhancements
• Ensure a shared understanding between clients and P360 technical teams to facilitate the resolution of technical issues and project success
• Manage multiple clients and/or projects simultaneously
• Report directly to commercial leadership
• 5-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or client services within healthcare technology, SaaS, or related sectors
• Preference for experience with enterprise and/or strategic customer relationships
• Proficient in using AI tools for managing routine business tasks
• Strong skills in relationship building, presentation, and problem-solving
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms is preferred
• Ability to lead in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and scopes
• Possess analytical thinking, team-building, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to foresee potential needs and challenges before they arise
• Strong executive presence, both internally and externally
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in place of formal education
• Additional certifications in Account Management or healthcare are considered advantageous
• Location: NY/NJ/CT Tri-State Area & Greater Philadelphia
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Target Annual Bonus: 17.5% of base salary based on goals for customer retention, satisfaction, and business performance
