Account Maintenance Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Execute document processing and maintain records related to customer accounts.

• Input new account details.

• Modify information on current accounts.

• Document transactions.

• Address customer inquiries.

• Receive, categorize, compile, and summarize documents and information.

• Generate reports and offer administrative support.

• Troubleshoot customer issues.

• Respond to customer requests for information.

• Identify and address or escalate complex issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Generally, three to five years of experience in clerical work and customer service.

• Comprehensive understanding of products, services, terminology, procedures, and systems pertaining to the assigned area.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while upholding a high standard of customer service.

• Proficient in identifying and resolving or escalating complex issues.

• Strong computer navigation skills across various software, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety policies.
