This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the US market as well as for international clients entering the US market.

• Execute targeted outreach initiatives backed by research through email, Instagram, and other platforms.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local TikTok partner representatives and team members.

• Take ownership of the strategic approach in the designated region.

• Create and sustain a professional presence on social media platforms like Instagram or LinkedIn as a sales instrument.

• Manage the HubSpot pipeline, which includes lead sourcing, deal staging, and evaluating brand alignment.

• Develop and oversee both inbound and outbound lead pipelines.

• Independently prepare comprehensive proposals and profit & loss statements for potential clients.

• Achieve weekly activity goals and meet monthly sales targets.

• Enhance existing client relationships within the US market and pinpoint upsell opportunities.

• Utilize tools such as Kalodata to research potential partners and assess their readiness for TikTok Shop.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and discover upsell opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Account Executive, or Business Development roles.

• Proficiency in working daily within a CRM; experience with HubSpot is advantageous.

• Excellent written communication skills for outreach via email and social media channels.

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop is considered a plus.

• Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Capability to cover the US market during US time zones.

• Flexibility to work varied hours; this position does not adhere to a standard 9-5 schedule.
